Guido Zuccoli (7.11.1940 – 6.3.1997)

Acknowledged throughout the world as one
of the founders of the classic and warbird
movement in Australia, Guido Zuccoli
touched the hearts of everyone who knew
him. From his humble beginnings as a Civil
Engineer, Guido entered the world aviation
with a passion, winning numerous aerobatic
awards and trophies, nurturing the cradle of
warbird restoration and eventually building
up a collection which today, remains an
enviable assortment of breathtaking aircraft.

The life of this enigmatic character was tragically
cut short when his newly restored T6 Harvard
crashed soon after take off from Tindal Air
Force base in Australia's Northern Territory,
robbing the aviation industry of one of its
most remarkable sons.
